We are proud to offer our newly developed, innovative MBL system for deficiency management in construction logistics.
WE TAKE CARE OF IT FOR YOU
To let you focus on the essentials, we carry out regular site inspections and monitor order and cleanliness. Any violations are recorded with a plan location, photographs and an estimate of the work needed to remedy them. The responsible party receives an email with a short deadline of at least 24 hours.
If the request is not complied with, we automatically carry out and document substitute remedial work after the deadline. The responsible party then receives a formal cost notification. For each case, you receive a labour record plus a flat fee for the substitute work, which can be deducted from the responsible party under existing settlement arrangements. We offer this service separately or in a package with other services.

Our innovative system and dedicated staff also allow us to serve smaller sites. These can be visited just one or two days a week, for example, or several sites can be handled by one employee. As only costs that can be passed on to the responsible party are invoiced, you incur no additional costs.
