New Alltours headquarters: HPP designs a modern building on the Rhine
The new Alltours headquarters is being built in a prime location directly on the Rhine. On a plot of around 3,200 m² formerly occupied by an extension to the old Mannesmann headquarters, Düsseldorf architects HPP are designing a modern eight-storey complex. Its height and design fit the surrounding buildings, while the roof takes inspiration from the nearby listed Berenshaus.
Diverse office and residential spaces
Once completed, the building will provide 13,500 m² of office space, 23 owner-occupied apartments, 28 senior-friendly apartments and a small care facility with 12 rooms. The project combines modern workplaces with diverse housing and care options.
Investment, construction and logistics
The original plans provide for an investment of €90 million. Alltours Flugreisen GmbH is the client, and Kondor Wessels NRW GmbH of Ratingen carries out construction. RGLOG GmbH coordinates site logistics to ensure smooth operations. The project highlights the headquarters’ role as a future architectural landmark on the Rhine.
